Imperial Group announces two new residential projects in Jaipur

Jaipur: The Imperial Group has announced two new residential developments in Jaipur — Imperial Utsav on Sikar Road and Imperial Ville near Vaishali Nagar — expanding its footprint in the city’s housing market.

Imperial Utsav, located at the gateway of Sikar Road, features three-bedroom modern apartments priced from Rs 61 lakh. The project includes more than 30 amenities and a 100,000-square-foot clubhouse, which the developer says is already ready for use. The apartments are designed to offer open layouts, podium gardens, a gymnasium, a jogging track, and a children’s play area. According to the company, the project is expected to be ready for handover next year. The development is registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) under registration number RAJ/P/2022/1981.

The second project, Imperial Ville, consists of four-bedroom villas located near Vaishali Nagar on Gandhi Path (West). The homes are priced from Rs 1.37 crore and are being promoted as part of a gated township with landscaped gardens and a contemporary clubhouse. The project is also RERA-registered under number RAJ/P/2022/2306.

Both projects are part of Imperial Group’s effort to position itself in Jaipur’s mid- to upper-income housing segment. The company describes its focus as building residential spaces that balance modern design with functional community living.

Imperial Group, which operates under the tagline “Trust, Build, Belong,” has been involved in several residential projects in Jaipur over the past decade. The launch of these two developments comes amid rising demand for mid-range apartments and independent villas in emerging corridors such as Sikar Road and Gandhi Path West.

Prospective buyers can view sample flats and clubhouses at the sites, which the company says are open for visits.
