Rajasthan Police has introduced two dedicated WhatsApp helpline numbers — 9256001930 and 9257510100 — to assist victims of cybercrime across the state. These helplines are part of an effort to make it easier for people to report online frauds, financial scams, and other digital threats without delay.

Victims are guided on how to file complaints correctly on the national cybercrime portal — https://cybercrime.gov.in — with help in entering essential details such as card numbers, transaction IDs, and bank information to improve the chances of recovering lost money.
The desks also assist in blocking suspicious mobile numbers and IMEI numbers linked to digital crimes through the Cyber Police portal. In cases of lost or stolen phones, victims can lodge complaints on the Rajasthan Police website and request device blocking via the CEIR portal.
If money is frozen due to cyber fraud, the desks guide victims through the process of recovery using the national helpline 1930, following all legal procedures and govt protocols. They also help in reporting and removing fake social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X.
