Jaipur: In what might bring a sigh of relief for investors, Jalsa Mall has cleared legal and administrative hurdles and the management is ready to give possession to people who bought commercial space in the building in Malviya Nagar – the city’s most sought-after location, according to Divya Ashirvad Properties (Pvt) Limited Director Anil Wadhwa. He said that the people can clear their dues and take possession.
Wadhwa said that the developer has freed the property from various legal and financial constraints. One of the issues was the registration fee and stamp duty pending with the Registration and Stamps Department.
“We have paid the dues amounting to about Rs 14.81 lakh. After we deposited the amount, we have got a clearance to start the process to hand over possession to those who invested in the project. We are requesting investors to pay their dues and claim possession, so that commercial activities can start here,” Wadhwa.
He added that the company was committed to making the process completely hassle-free and smooth for the investors.
The management officials said that the mall features retail space and entertainment venues along with hypermarket and food courts.
