Gang busted for supplying drugs including smack to college students in Jaipur

The police recovered 185 grams of smack and Rs 1.12 lakh from the accused men.

Jaipur: The Brahmapuri police station arrested two men and also seized illegal drugs including smack from them. Police also recovered 1 lakh 12 thousand rupees from the accused. During preliminary investigation it came up that the duo was part of a gang involved in supplying drugs to college students in the city.

According to DCP North Satyendra Singh, a special team was constituted to curb the illegal trafficking of narcotics. The police spotted two suspicious youths at the Brahmapuri bus stand near the Pondrik Park Gayatri temple in Jaipur. When the cops checked the two, they recovered 185 grams of smack and Rs 1 lakh 12 thousand from them.

The police arrested both the accused. One of them is Saurabh Agarwal and the other is Kalulal. Saurabh is a resident of Jaipur while Kalulal is a resident of Madhya Pradesh.

The police questioned the two and got the information that Kalulal supplied smack from Madhya Pradesh to Jaipur. Other places where they supply these drugs are nightclubs, parties, and hotels. Kalulal allegedly admitted that he has been supplying smack and other drugs. The police are also trying to find out about their other associates.

On the other hand, investigative officer Amer SHO Narendra Kumar stated that Saurabh has a criminal record including theft and drug supply. These cases have been registered in the past at the Brahmapuri police station.
