Five of a family found murdered in Alwar

Jaipur: Unidentified persons in Alwar brutally murdered five members of a family. The murderers slashed throats of four children and their father in an incident that has sent shock waves across this city. This murder scene was witnessed in Alwar’s Shivaji Park area.

The deceased Banwari Lal and his family live in a rented house  Shivaji Park. Banwari Lal, 45, was a driver with a private electronics company. He and his three children Ajju, Happy, Aman along with his brother Mukesh’s son Nikki were sleeping on the ground floor of the house when they were murdered with sharp-edged weapons. At the same time, Lal’s wife Santosh was sleeping on the first floor of the house with her sister and another child. Lal’s bother is out of town for some work as confirmed by the police.

The women were shocked in the morning when they discovered the bodies lying in a pool of blood. The motive behind these murders is yet to be known however according to police superintendent Rahul Prakash, it seems that the murders have been done due to some rage. After examining the spot, it seems that the family members have been killed in an unconscious condition. It is likely that they could have been fed something and then murdered. The bodies found in the same condition, the way they all were sleeping and it appears there was no movement.

At night the women couldn’t hear anything because of the sound of a cooler. The neighbors also came to know about the incident in the morning after the women expressed shock. Police are questioning other family members as well as the neighbors. Banwari Lal wife is unwell and has been admitted to a hospital after this ghastly incident.
