Fatehpur: 4 including father-son duo killed in road accident

Jaipur: Four people including a father-son duo were killed when two car collided head-on in Fatehpur area of Sikar district on Friday. The other two victims were women. An injured victim were rushed to a hospital for treatment. His condition is stated to be critical.
The mishap occurred near Harsawa village. A Maruti Swift car collided head-on with an SUV. The collision was so intense that both the vehicles were badly damaged. Three people died on the spot, while two others were injured. A woman died on her way to hospital.
The villagers informed the police following which senior police officers and a police team from the nearby police station rushed to the spot.
The victims got stuck in the car. Those who were in the SUV were identified as Omprakash, Ratanlal and Pushpa. They were on their way to Jaipur from Bikaner. Those who were in the car were identified as Nitin, Darsh, Sapna, Kedar and Tanmay. While Nitin, Darsh and Pushpa were killed on the spot, Sapna died on her way to hospital.
The policemen rescued the victims from the car with the help of local villagers.
The police have launched an investigation as to what caused the mishap.
