Court verdict in Rudraksh murder case: Boy’s parents burst into tears
MM Handa, a bank manager and his wife started crying with their 2-year-old son who was born after the heinous crime in their lap.

Jaipur: The parents of seven-year-old Rudraksh who was kidnapped and brutally murdered in Kota more than three years ago broke into tears when a local court in Kota awarded death penalty to Ankur Padia, the main accused in the case. The Rajasthan police department also termed the verdict as historic and expressed satisfaction over the fact that the culprits had been served justice. People in the town erupted in joy when they came to know about the court’s verdict. A 7-year-old boy was taken away from the world by a compulsive gambler. We could have accepted nothing less than the capital punishment,” said Srinand Prajapat, a Kota resident.
