US president Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner reaches Jaisalmer to attend wedding

Jared Kushner - son-in-law of US President Donald Trump - will attend the wedding of Nitin Bhaskar - son of Delhi-based industrialist Sanjay Bhaskar. The wedding ceremonies are scheduled to take place between November 23 and November 25. He will stay at Surya Palace in Jaisalmer, sources said. Before leaving from Jaisalmer on November 25, he may even spend a night on the sand dunes of the desert.

ACB: SHO arrested for taking bribe of Rs 20,000 in Baran

According to ACB officials, the agency received a complaint against the SHO Satya Narayan Singh. The driver was asked to pay Rs 20,000 by SHO to get his tractor seized by the police released.

Manipulation in Ranthambore tiger safari booking exposed, penalty imposed on tourists

Ranthambore Tiger Reserve authorities-imposed penalties on three foreign tourists after it was found that their names didn’t match with the IDs used for booking canters and gypsies for tiger safari. The two guides were found in the tourist vehicles however they were let off with a warning.

Strike ends at Ranthambore tiger reserve; Tiger safari resumes

According to the reserve authorities, a meeting of officials with canter owners, hoteliers and other traders who were on strike was held on Saturday afternoon. The forest department agreed to look into their demands and asked them to resume the tourism-related activities.
