The RAS (mains) 2018 will be held on December 23 and 24. The students who cleared the RAS pre-exam which was conducted on August 5 across the state will be able to give the RAS mains 2018.

Heavy police force was deployed near the assembly to restore law and order. Protestors reportedly pelted stones at police while they were demonstrating, forcing the cops to resort to lathicharge. Several barricades were put up while hundreds of protestors were screaming slogans. Some Congress supporters were injured.

people faced several difficulties on Wednesday during the state-level teacher felicitation program held at Amroodon ka Bagh. Various officials were not able to reach offices due to traffic jams. Ambulances also got stuck in the traffic and passengers could reach Jaipur railway station on time to catch trains.

Three passengers from Bangkok were arrested after they were caught in possession of 1.300 kg gold at Jaipur International Airport. According to preliminary reports, the gold was supposed to be smuggled to Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and other states via Jaipur.

PoW has already departed from Jaipur for Delhi, where the luxurious heritage journey for tourists will start. For the first time, tourists will be able to experience royal marriages and big corporate meetings. For this two new POW sections - Marriage on Wheels and Conference on Wheels – have been introduced.
