Vaibhav Maheshwari, a resident of the Mansarovar area in Jaipur, has secured 10th rank. His father runs a chai shop in the Mansarovar area.
Jaipur: Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) released the results for the CA final exam conducted in November 2022. Seven students from Jaipur have secured a place in the all-India merit list of the top 50 students.
Vaibhav Maheshwari, a resident of the Mansarovar area in Jaipur, has secured 10th rank. Vaibhav told media persons that his father runs a chai shop in the Mansarovar area.
Vaibhav said that he used to study about 9 to 10 hours a day but he never felt depressed or under pressure. Whenever he felt under pressure he logged into his Instagram account and got in touch with his friends. He also watched web series on OTT platforms to distress himself.
“It kept me refreshed. If I did not feel well even after using Instagram or watching a web series, I used to go on outings with family members,” Vaibhav said.
To keep himself physically fit Vaibhav played football and cricket. He said that his family was not very financially well off. His father runs a chai shop. His elder brother also cracked the exam two years ago. Vaibhav says both brothers want to provide financial support to their family.
“My father and brother helped me a lot and this is why I succeeded in cracking the exam. I want my father to relax and retire from work. We want to fulfil all his dreams,” said Vaibhav.
Mitali Khandelwal from Jaipur secured 18th rank. She said that her family went through a very difficult financial time during the Covid-19 period. Her father was a sharebroker and her mother a teacher at a private school. Her mother lost her job during the pandemic. “My parents really hard to see me become successful,” she said.
Mitali said when exams were closer, she started studying 13 to 14 hours a day and lost her sleep. Her parents tried their best to destress her.
Another Jaipur student Yogesh Lakhotiya secured 20th rank. He said that he secured very good marks in his senior secondary examination. It was when he decided to become a chartered accountant.
