Another destination wedding in Rajasthan; Shruti Kharbanda to tie knot in Jodhpur
Shruti Kharbanda – daughter of Bollywood actor Kulbhushan Kharbanda is all set to wed fiancé Rohit Neval at Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur a two-day long affair starting from Sunday. The couple will tie the knot on December 17 in presence of family members and several celebrities from Bollywood.

Jaipur: Shruti Kharbanda – daughter of Bollywood actor Kulbhushan Kharbanda is all set to wed fiancé Rohit Neval at Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur a two-day long affair starting from Sunday. The couple will tie the knot on December 17 in presence of family members and several celebrities from Bollywood.
Shruti Kharbanda and Rohit Neval reached Jodhpur on Saturday along with family members in special chartered planes. Shruti and Rohit officially made an announcement on social media about their engagement in August.
The Mehendi and Sangeet ceremony will be celebrated on Sunday at Umaid Bhawan.
Several Bollywood and TV celebrities including Aamir Khan are expected to reach Jodhpur on Sunday to attend the wedding.
It is for the second time in the one month that the Sun City Jodhpur will be a destination wedding venue for a celebrity couple. Earlier Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas had got married here.
Rajasthan has hogged headlines with several destination weddings in the recent past. Isha Ambani – daughter of Mukesh Ambani – had married Anand Piramal in Udaipur’s Oberoi Udaivillas.
Kulbhushan Kharbanda is famed as ‘Shaakal’ character from his movie ‘Shaan’, which was released in 1980. The star cast included Amitabh Bachchan, Shatrughan Sinha, Sunil Dutt, Parveen Babi and Shashi Kapoor. He was currently seen in an Amazon prime series ‘Mirzapur’ in the role of the father of the protagonist.
