ACI Report: Jaipur airport ranks 17 in Top-20 airports of the country; 74 in world
According to the officials, Jaipur airport got a rating of 4.57 in terms of its service qualities including parking facilities, shopping options, food quality, passenger’s convenience along with others.

Jaipur: Jaipur International Airport has gone down in terms of quality services as compared to the last year. It has been ranked on number 17 out of Top-20 best airports of the country and came on 74th position worldwide in a survey report conducted by Airport Council International (ACI) World for service quality.
The Airport Authority of India (AAI) revealed the survey reports of Airport service quality (ASQ) conducted by ACI.
Jaipur airport has been positioned at 17th number out of 20 best airports of the country and is ranked on number 74 in the world, said report.
According to the officials, Jaipur airport got a rating of 4.57 in terms of its service qualities including parking facilities, shopping options, food quality, passenger’s convenience along with others.
No ASQ award was given to Jaipur airport in any category this year. Other airports of the cities including New Delhi, Bangalore, Indore and other received prestigious awards in different categories.
While Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport has won the Airports Council International’s Airport Service Quality (ACI ASQ) award and hence became the world’s first airport to win the honor for both arrivals and departures. It also won the award for the best airport by size.
Airports Council International (ACI) World revealed the winners of its world-renowned Airport Service Quality Awards a few days ago.
The awards recognize those airports around the world that deliver the best customer experience in the opinion of their own passengers.
The winning airports’ officials will gather at the ASQ Awards Ceremony which will be held during the second ACI Customer Experience Global Summit at Bali in Indonesia in September.
