Accident in Shyam Nagar: Over-speeding car kills 5-year-old boy
The deceased boy identified as Aryan Roj (5) was the son of Hanu Roj, a resident of Shyam Nagar area of Jaipur. According to preliminary reports, Hanu Roj is the founder of Jaipur International Film Festival which takes place at Golcha Cinema every year.

Jaipur: A five-year-old boy died in a tragic road accident outside his house at Hanuman Path in Shyam Nagar Police station area in Jaipur after a speeding car hit him. The driver sped away from the spot. The incident took place around 9 pm on September 20, however, the police have no clue about the man involved in the hit-and-run case that has left the boy’s family devastated.

According to preliminary reports, Hanu Roj is the founder of Jaipur International Film Festival which takes place at Golcha Cinema every year. He with his kids and family were leaving for Delhi film festival when this incident happened, a family friend told The PinkCity Post.
According to the police, Hanu Roj with his kids Aryan and Aditya were outside of their house. Hanu crossed the road where his car was parked while the kids were outside the house waiting for their father to drive the car to their side.
A speedy car hit Aryan. Hanu started screaming at the driver to make him stop and even chased the car but the driver sped away. Hanu rushed to his son who was bleeding profusely.
The family members rushed the boy to a hospital where he was declared dead.
Police reached the spot after getting the information. Footages of CCTVs installed in the colony are being examined to get the registration number of the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run. An FIR has been registered, but the police are yet to get any clue about the identity of the driver.
