To provide documents related to this land, Magra Punjala patwari Bibrbal Ram was demanding the bribe.
Patwari had already taken Rs 50,000 in the name of mutation. But when he learned that the ACB complainant was selling the land for crores of rupees, he got greedy. He even demanded a plot, but when the ACB complainant refused, he demanded a bribe of Rs 25.80 lakh.
