ACB registers FIR against project engineer of Rajasthan Housing Board
Subhash Chand Yadav allegedly amassed wealth disproportionate to his known income

Jaipur: The anti-corruption bureau (ACB) on Thursday lodged an FIR against a project engineer of Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB), Subhash Chand Yadav, for amassing wealth disproportionate to his known source of income. ACB officials said that the officer amassed wealth worth over Rs 1.30 crore against his income of Rs 34 lakh from known sources. The properties are in the name of him and his wife.
The disproportionate wealth is almost 282% more than his income from salary and other known sources. Subhash Chand has been booked under various section of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
ACB teams carried out searches at Yadav’s house and several other places belonging to him.
“During preliminary investigation, we found documents showing his ownership of two shops, a plot, two new cars, several LIC policies and 10 bank accounts and a locker,” said ADG , ACB Alok Tripathi.
Tripathi said that the wealth has been amassed through corruption.
The ACB had secured search warrants from an special ACB court to raid his house and several other places.
