8 new medical test facility launched for children at JK Lone Hospital

JAIPUR: In a major relief to the family members of children admitted at JK Lone Hospital in Jaipur, the hospital administration has launched the facility for eight types of emergency medical tests.
Earlier, the family members had to go to SMS Hospital for these tests if the tests were prescribed after working hours. These tests will be conducted 24 hours a day at the hospital lab now.
These tests include S calcium for calcium in the blood, S of liver function, bilirubin and kidney function tests such as creatinine, electrolytes SGOT, SGPT and blood ultra.
Hospital Superintendent Dr R.K. Gupta told media persons that “there are many emergency medical investigations for serious patients. When these patients came to the hospital in an emergency situation at night, the family members had to go to SMS Hospital, located about 1 km away.
He added that in view of this problem of the family members, the hospital administration has decided to provide the facility of conducting eight types of tests round the clock on the hospital premises. Now the patients will not have to go to SMS Hospital. The facility will be launched from December 7”.
