Jaipur: Counseling for 7000 grade – 3 teachers in Rajasthan will start on May 1. The education department will give these teachers posting by May 10. These teachers are on the merit list prepared after the revised results for 3rd grade teacher recruitment – 2012 were announced in November.
The revised results came out in November. The successful candidates were waiting for counseling and posting since then.
The matter was under consideration in the state government’s legal department. The legal department has finally given its nod for starting the recruitment process. The education department will conduct counseling on May 1 and May 2. It will issue posting orders by May 10.
The primary education department issued directions to all district education officers in this regard on Friday. As per the orders issued by the deputy secretary, chief executive officers of zila parishad will need to publicize the list of teachers selected on merit basis by April 13.
