3 IPS officers promoted to DG rank

The officers who received the promotion are D.G Jain, A. Ponnuchamy, and Saurabh Srivastava.

JAIPUR: Three IPS officers of the 1991 batch have been promoted to the rank of DG in the Rajasthan Police Department. The promotion was issued through an official order by the Department of Personnel on Thursday.

The officers who received the promotion are D.G Jain, A. Ponnuchamy, and Saurabh Srivastava. All three were previously serving as ADG in the department.

With the addition of the three new DGs, the Rajasthan Police Department now has a total of 10 officers holding the DG rank.

DGP Umesh Mishra congratulated the newly promoted officers. Among the other officers holding the DG rank are Bhupendra Dak, UR Sahoo, Rajeev Sharma, Neena Singh, Ravi Prakash, Janga Srinivas, and D.C Jain.

This promotion marks a significant milestone in the careers of these three officers, and it is expected that they will take up their new responsibilities with dedication and commitment.
