The police team arrested one Jagdish and seized pipe and liquor being served without any license.

The police have caught many cafes and restaurants running illegal hookah bars in the city over the past few days and arrested their managers and owners. However, due to the laxity in the law, the accused men are released on bail and they again start running these illegal places.
