25% seats in Jodhpur National Law University to be reserved for students from Rajasthan
The seats of post graduate departments in government colleges have been increased by 50%.

Jaipur: One-fourth of the seats in the Jodhpur National Law University will be reserved for students from Rajasthan, state higher education minister Kiran Maheshwari announced in the state assembly on Monday.
She said that the reservation was being made for students from Rajasthan so that they could receive quality legal education.
The minister made several other announcements. She said that the seats of post graduate departments in government colleges have been increased by 50%.
“There are 487d PG departments in government colleges in the state. A total of 18,043 students are studying in these departments. Now the number of seats will increase to 27,093. The PG departments will now accommodate 9050 more students,” said Maheshwari.
She said that nearly 8000 recruitments will be made in the higher education department.
