2150 new COVID-19 cases in Rajasthan; Death toll reaches 1530

Jaipur: COVID-19 has claimed 1530 lives in Rajasthan with 14 more deaths being reported on Saturday. There has been no decrease in the rate at which the virus is spreading in the state, particularly the capital city Jaipur. The city reported 424 cases on Saturday, while the number of total cases in the state were 2150.

The number of cases in the state has now gone up to 141846. Of them, 21075 are active cases. Some areas in Jaipur including Malviya Nagar, Mansarovar, Sanganer, Jagatpura, Durgapura and Jagatpura are reporting higher number of cases. The following areas in Jaipur reported fresh cases on Saturday:
