2 more Jaipur businessmen threatened in Lawrence Bishnoi’s name 

A hotel businessman was threatened on Monday by a person claiming to be Lawrence's brother.

JAIPUR: Two more businessmen in the city have received life threats suspected from the members of the Lawrence Bishnoi. These threats were received within a week of the firing at G-Club in Jaipur. 

A hotel businessman was threatened on Monday in the name of Lawrence’s brother. The victim several WhatsApp calls and when he didn’t attend those calls, he received video clips in which the caller identified himself as Anmol Bishnoi and sent video clips. The victim, NRI Pradeep Kumar Tolani (43), has filed an FIR with the police. 

Pradeep has been residing in Colonia Pratapnagar, NRI for the past 5 years and is involved in the real estate and hotel business. The calls and messages came from an international mobile number. The person who sent the video clip claimed to be Anmol Bishnoi, the brother of Lawrence Bishnoi. The person was claiming to be Anmol and threatening to shoot if he didn’t comply with his demands. The person also threatened to harm him and his family if he refused to comply.

Within two days of the firing incident at G-Club, another businessman Rahul Tambi (28) was threatened. This threat was made by Lawrence Bishnoi gang member Rohit Godara, who was responsible for the fire at the J-Club. 

On January 30, a call and message came from an international number. The caller said, “I am Rohit Godara in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Give me 2 crores, or I will kill you. You have 5 days.”
