Jaipur: Two persons including a woman were killed while two others were injured when the car they were travelling in collided with tuck near Ramgarh area of Sikar district on Saturday morning. The condition of the two injured men is said to be critical. The victims were on their way to Jaipur from Kullu where they had gone on a vacation. The collision was so intense that it took rescue teams nearly one hour to pull the bodies out of the car.
Those who were killed were identified Achuki Devi and Ramjilal Yadav. Govardhan and Sujar were injured. They were admitted to SMS Hospital.
“The people in the car were returning from a trip to Himachal Pradesh. The road accident took place on Fatehpur- Churu NH 65 near Ramgarh. Their car collided with a truck. The victims got stuck in the car. It took us almost an hour to pull them out and rush to a hospital,” said a police officer. The car was badly damaged in the accident. The bodies were put in the mortuary of a hospital for post-mortem examination, while the injured men are undergoing treatment.
